To book our classes, make sure you are clear which one you wish to join and then please either:

2. Let us know you are joining Make by filling in the submission form below left with your details and the class you are interested in and bring a completed form to the first session.
Payment must be received BEFORE term starts and can be made by cheque (made payable to Sophy Layzell) or cash. BACs details are also available to our regulars.

Terms and Conditions
All fees are payable in advance on a termly basis. Term and holiday workshop fees are £75, with sibling and school discounts if applicable. Any late fees (not paid by the half term) will incur a £10.00 charge. No refunds will be given for sessions missed by the Student. The Student/Parent/Guardian must complete an enrolment form before the Student can attend. The Student/Parent/Guardian is aware that subjects taught at Make are extremely physical activities. The Student/Parent/Guardian is aware that Tutors may need to make physical contact with Students in order to correct their stance and movement. It will be expected that all Students attending class are able to use the toilet without assistance, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. The Student/Parent/Guardian is aware that photographs and/or video footage may be taken at certain times during sessions or productions, which may include Students. The photography and/or video may be used for promotional and publicity material for the School, including, but not limited to, publication on the School’s website. Any such promotional or publicity material will be kept to a minimum. Make T-shirts must be worn and purchased at additional cost.
All tutors are CRB checked and have previous experience working with children.
We invite experienced teaching staff and professional artists, dancers and musicians to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to enhance the Make sessions.
As an organisation working with young people we undertake to follow the Child Protection procedures agreed in our local area by Social Services and our local Education Authority. All staff members are screened through the criminal records bureau to ensure their suitability to work with children.
Discipline is essential for productive creative activity to take place therefore it is important for students to learn the skill of self-discipline. In order to achieve the highest standards of performance, students are expected to show commitment through prompt and regular attendance.
Make T-shirts are available to purchase and must be worn for performances and end of year presentations. Additional T-shirts can be acquired and hoodies are also available. Students are expected to wear suitable clothing – No loose shoes.
